The following positions are currently available:

Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader

A Maintenance Crew Leader is responsible for the overall care of a property and crew member direction. Job requires 1-2 years experience in plant maintenance, basic horticulture knowledge, ability to use equipment, good communication and organization. Valid driver’s license required. Wage is based upon experience.

Landscape Construction Foreman

The Construction Foreman is responsible for the installation of the landscape project. Job requires 2-3 years experience in landscape construction, plant installation, the ability to run equipment and manage a landscape crew.
Valid driver’s license required. Wage is based upon experience.

Maintenance / Construction Crew Technician

A Crew Technician is responsible for assisting in all phases of landscape installation, construction and/or maintenance. Experience desirable, but not necessary. Wage is based upon experience with opportunity for advancement.

Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor works closely with our Production Supervisor and Design Team. You can expect to: estimate and sell maintenance and enhancement work, direct production teams, perform quality control, communicate with clients, and schedule and service all maintenance accounts. Educational requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture or other industry related field of study (preferred) or an Associate’s Degree in Horticulture with a minimum of 1 year experience in managing landscape services or 5 years of experience in landscape services. Wage is based upon experience.

Nursery Manager

The Nursery Manager is in charge of caring for, preparing, ordering and selling nursery stock, receiving and inventorying deliveries and overseeing the MLI grounds. This individual works closely with the design team and operations supervisor in all aspects of client plant communication. Job requires 2-3 years experience in horticulture or nursery management, ability to use equipment, excellent communication and organization skills, friendly demeanor and ability to give direction. Wage is based upon experience.

Nursery Assistant

The Nursery Assistant works directly with the Nursery Manager in caring for plant inventory.  An individual who likes working with plants, a willingness to learn about horticulture, the ability to work independently at assigned tasks and can take daily direction will excel in this position. Horticulture experience desired but willing to train the right person. Wage is based upon experience.
